15 MINUTE MEALS

 

I know our schedules can get a little hectic throughout the week, so when it’s time to meal plan it’s the last thing we tend to think of what to make for dinner. And we don’t want to keep the family waiting to long to eat.  I didn’t want to make a big dinner that cause for a big prep that would take up most of your evening. So I tried this quick and simple meal for my family to fit in our schedule.

 

Quick Ingredients:

1 Package of Uncle Bens Ready Rice-Garden Vegetable ( 2 packs if your family size requires more)

1 cup of chopped boneless chicken breast, or shrimp

1 1/2 cup broccoli

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

3 tbs olive oil

2 tbs soy sauce (or as desired)

2 tbs sesame oil
